Returning the van was a smooth and uneventful process. Customer service replied quickly once we figured out that they communicate via text and not be a voice. That was not specified when we did received the van. Customer service was enthusiastic but their help was not very useful. We felt that we wasted time getting an oil change early on in the trip and figuring out propane issues that could have been easily resolved if customer service had correct information and more training. Good

We got an issue with the waterpump which was bad luck really. Support was fine and since it was in our last days we improvised around it. Support was fast

De camper was nog vrij nieuw en voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Het zonnescherm kwam goed van pas, en alles werkte naar behoren.

Wij hebben een prima ervaring gehad. Het lokale team was erg aardig bij check in en out. Bruno nam de tijd om ons zeer goed te begeleiden en uit te leggen hoe alles werkte. Als jullie een wat meer een kampeer en bohémien en ervaring willen bieden zou ik bv wat meer accessoires aanbrengen O ja en betere stoelen ;) leukere stoelen

Very happy with the service from Bruno and the local team in Amsterdam, so five stars for that. Vehicle worked well travelwise, but many interior details in the van were very dated, broken or missing. Mechanicly, everything was great.

Goed voor een korte trip. Niet goed om te werken omdat de laptop niet opgeladen kan worden als de campervan niet aan een laadpaal staat. Maar voor de gemiddelde vakantie is de van een goede keuze!
